To my Loyal Loft Loving Friends and Clients,    

 

Its been another busy week at WeLoveLofts.com.  Thank God my assistant Juliette has been available to pitch in.  I'm not sure what I'll do when she goes back to the 11th grade in September.

 

No news about buying the house on the East Side, other than buying a bank property is trying at best!!  Despite our ability to close immediately, the bank keeps extending the closing two weeks at a time.  Our newest date is the 21st of July, but we're not holding our breath. 

 

We are working on offers for both Unit 405 (asking price $309K), and Unit 304 (asking price $129K) in Mile Square Lofts.  I hope to have both in Purchase and Sale by the end of next week.  We also signed a P&S for 46 Cucumber Hill Rd in Foster yesterday.  This 5 Acre farm has been listed for almost a year and we're thrilled to fit a buyer that loves it and wants to live there.

  

We hope to sign a lease on Unit 302 in Geneva Mills this afternoon.  If this happens, we will once again be out of rental inventory.  Although this is a good sign for the business, it doesn't work out so well when we continue to get calls daily for loft rentals.  If anyone knows of loft owners that would consider renting, please forward my info to them!!

 

I've been working behind the scenes on the WeLoveLofts.com web site.  I hope to have an updated version launched within the next couple of months.  It is my goal to have the web site automatically updated, as listing change and new listings are added.  Concurrently, I will be launching a sister web site, focusing this time on the East Side of Providence.  I just couldn't ignore the interest in this wonderful niche neighborhood.

 

The lenders and buyers of Unit 404 in Mile Square Lofts, 69 Alvin St in Providence, and Unit 100 in Monohassett Mills, have all been working feverishly to finalize and close.  I expect all three closings by the end of the month.

  

Please call me when you are ready to start looking for a Loft or other type of home.  It is a gift to be able to help clients find homes that they love.

Unit 304 in Mile Square rocks. I'm not sure why someone hasn't made an offer on this loft, but let me say it again...1900 SqFt two bedroom loft for $129K.

This one makes especially good sense for an investor, as the current tenants want to stay!
