To my Loyal Loft Loving Friends and Clients,
Thanks to the moral support of my readers and strong backs of some family and friends, we have moved out of our house in Warwick. This event was made possible by the short sale of our home of 14 years, which in effect allows us to move forward with a lighter load and a host of new possibilities. We're now living in an apartment on the East Side of Providence, negotiating and strategizing on the purchase of our next home. The front runner is a huge loft in West Warwick; I'll fill in the details as they become available.
We have three great rentals that have become available over the last week. See below for info on Unit 302 in Geneva Mills, Unit 502 in Bayley Lofts, and Unit 405 in Mile Square Lofts.
I listed a cute home in Reservoir Triangle last Friday, using the most recent pending and sold comps as a basis for pricing. Within five days, we are in a situation of multiple offers. I guess that there is something to be said for pricing a property appropriately and listening to your realtor. I'm going to list another great opportunity in East Providence tomorrow, so if that is your thing, give me a call.
The price for Unit 304 in Mile Square Lofts has dropped to $139,000. This loft is really one of the few, live work opportunities out there. Don't let it pass and then complain because you didn't make an attempt to buy it.

Mile Square Lofts Unit 304 price drops to $139,000 |
Unit 304 in Mile Square rocks. I'm not sure why someone hasn't made an offer on this loft, but let me say it again...1900 SqFt two bedroom loft for $139K.
This one makes especially good sense for an investor, as the current tenants want to stay!
