My family's search for a home continues.  We made an offer on a property on Methyl Street on the East Side, but lost the property to a better offer.  I'm finding that bank owned properties on the East Side are being scooped up in a week.  Lesson learned!!  If anyone knows of a cool and comfortable home that is about to be listed (or the owners are thinking about selling) please give me a call.

I am quite surprised to still be offering Unit 304 in Mile Square Lofts for sale.  At $149K, this unit offers one of the last large lofts that we will see at an under market price.  I've shown it a few times, don't be surprised if it is off market within a week or so!!

I recently also listed unit 405 in Mile Square Lofts for $329K.  This loft is 3170 SqFt and has 2.5 bathrooms.  I'll put up a link to the property below. To aid in our efforts to get this Loft sold, I am working with the owner to stage to property to make it more inviting for potential clients.  once this is complete, we will reshoot the photos, create a YouTube video, and maybe even drop the price a little.  I expect to get all this done by the end of the month.
