To my Loyal Loft Loving Friends and Clients,
I'm trying a little change to the format of the weekly update per the suggestion of my good friend, Jim B. He suggested that I change the top photo every week, as some readers might not know that the content is different every week. This week's lead photo is a sexy loft in Seattle, WA.
Unit 404 in Mile Square Lofts is already in P&S. We still have unit 304 and I predict that this unit may be the last opportunity to buy a 1900 SqFt Loft for under $150K for a while.
We are printing the posters for the PeaceLove Studios, May is Mental Health Month Show (I've included a preview below). This show features the work of artist Jeanne Risica. All proceeds will be donated to PeaceLove Foundation (25%) and The Jeanne Risica Fund for Art Education (75%). The opening is on May 5th from 6-9. Please make a note on your calendars.
I've been having some fun with my WeLoveLofts Blog. I can't say that it 100% is a loft blog, but it's 100% me. Check it out, but please don't hold what I say or post against me.
