To my Loyal Loft Loving Friends and Clients,
Thank you to everyone that has responded to the shameless pleas for validation. There were many kind words from clients that I hadn't heard from in a while.
I want to get a little secret out in the open. Not all of my clients buy Lofts!! Although many buyers and sellers come to me first to talk about lofts, many end up in single family homes, or multifamily homes, or traditional condos. My goal is to help my clients find a place that they love, so bring it all, we're here to help you with ALL of your real estate needs.
Last week was very busy. We signed a lease for Unit 408 in Blackstone Landing Lofts. We held closings for Unit 206 in Lofts at the Strand, Unit 202 in Mile Square Lofts, and a Multi-family at 71 Chapin St in the Armory District. Thank you to everyone involved.
There are many changes to the market with new listings in Imperial Lofts (18 Imperial Place), The Residences (1 West Exchange), Highland Falls (2 School St), Hamilton Harbour (40 Web Ave), and Mile Square (404 Roosevelt). A number of Lofts either closed or went into pending, as well. Check out the list below and go to the WeLoveLofts Web site for pictures and details.
Unit 202 in Lofts at the Strand is officially on the market for rent. The rent for this unit will be $995/month (not $975, as advertised last week) We have a potential tenant that is filling out a credit application, as I'm writing this email, so this one should be off the market before long.
I have taken new pictures for Unit 304 in Mile Square Lofts. Check them out on my site. I'll post a sample picture and a link to the full listing below.
Lastly, one of my clients has been chosen to present his work at the Pawtucket Arts Collaborative Members' Juried Exhibition. The opening is March 3rd from 5:30 to 7. I have included info on the show and a link below. (BTW - If any other readers of this weekly update are participating in or know of gallery openings that they would like to announce, send me an email!!)
I've been having some fun with my WeLoveLofts Blog. I can't say that it 100% is a loft blog, but it's 100% me. Check it out, but please don't hold what I say or post against me.
