Talk about validation...after my shameless plea for compliments last week, I got the following email:
Johnny - since you're wondering: YES, I do feel like I'm getting something special from your weekly emails. And, NO, no other realtor that I know of does this sort of thing. Even though I am not at all in the market for a loft, I truly enjoy skimming through your photos and reading your comments. Much like I enjoy flipping through a copy of "Architectural Digest", or even "Vogue". Keep 'em coming, you obviously enjoy what you do, and know someone out there is enjoying the fruits of your labor.

After that, I can honestly say that it's all worth it. So here's another weekly update from WeLoveLofts.
Unit 202 in Lofts at the Strand is officially on the market for rent. The unit is really very, very nice with new floors, fresh paint and new curtains. This is a true one bedroom Corner Mini-Loft in downtown Providence. I'll put a link to the listing and a couple of pictures below.
I listed another unit in Mile Square Lofts yesterday, representing another great opportunity in that building for the right person. This unit is on the third floor and is built out as an artist live/work space with huge master suit and walk-in closet. This loft is currently rented through the end of August and the current tenants might be willing to stay on, given the opportunity. Very cool space. I'll post pictures next week.
