As I sit here writing this email, I wonder if anyone that reads this weekly email feels like they're getting something special. I wonder how many other realtors are out there educating their clients to the market, updating them with listing changes, and sending them pictures that make them dream. I wonder...
 It continues to snow in RI. Despite the weather, there has been a rush to rent lofts over the last week. I rented 63 Orange Street in Downtown Providence without ever advertising it, 123 Sawyer in New Bedford after 4 days on the my website, and finally rented Unit 408 in Blackstone Landing. All and all, quite a successful week with plenty of happy new Loft tenants.
I noticed that 30% of the people that get this email opened it last week and many clicked through to my blog, the WeLoveLofts.com website, and various listings (especially the newest listing at Mile Square). Please use this email as a tool to click through and get more info on the things that interest you!!
I have been updating my WeLoveLofts Blog Daily. The posts run from pictures of Lofts to my personal feelings to news about JMR Fund for Art Education. Check it out, but please don't hold what I say or post against me.
After seeing Unit 4 rent quickly, the owner of Unit 8 in the Ropeworks Lofts in New Bedford has ask me to lower the rent from $1700/month to $1400/Month. This loft has a very residential flair, but also has a dedicated studio/work area. You can get a sense by looking at the pictures or checking out my website. I'll post links below. We usually don't talk in terms of deals when talking about the Residences (FKA "The Westin"), but my friend, Doug Jeffrey, listed a gorgeous resale last week. Its a gorgeous 2 bed, 2 bath unit with a small balcony on the 21st floor for $350,000. I'll explain why this property represents a great deal below. Unit 616 in Riverfront Lofts in Pawtucket has dropped in price from $199,000 to $189,900. This is a great Loft in a wonderful development.
