To my Loyal Loft Loving Friends and Clients,
Almost every day, I get a call from someone that is starting the process of looking for a loft. Please understand that I do not schedule appointments to see Lofts unless the property that they have to sell is listed, and they have talked to a lender about a reasonable budget. I do this out respect for sellers and seller's agents.
Instead, I try to schedule a meeting in my office to talk with the buyer's , discuss their needs and show them properties on the computer that might fit. In this way, I am better able to balance my time between developing the WeLoveLofts brand and working with buyers at all stages of their search.
I finally called ConstantContact and got some help with the technical aspects of putting this weekly email together. I was feeling like a typical guy, not wanting to look at the directions. Any comments on whether the call made a difference would be appreciated
At the end of this email, you will see something different from our usual weekly updates. This week, I have updated and input a full last of every loft and loft-ish property in RI that is currently available. As this update process is manual, you can get a sense of the task that we work through every week.
I have been updating my WeLoveLofts Blog Daily. I will use the posts as a basis for this weekly update, but the posts will be more off the cuff and uncensored. Please check out both and give me your opinion.
Unit 4 in the Ropeworks Lofts in New Bedford is being offered for rent for $1250 per month. I will offer the full story below, but this is a great deal on a 1 1/2 bath, two bed, open plan loft and studio. The price for 629 Prospect has dropped to $299,000. This property is ripe for someone to develop into lofts. I've posted the ad that I'm running on CraigsList and in the NE Real Estate Journal below.
