To my Loyal Loft Loving Friends and Clients,
Happy New Year. We look forward to a wonderful year filled with opportunities both Loft related and otherwise.
I have been updating my WeLoveLofts Blog Daily. I will use the posts as a basis for this weekly update, but the posts will be more off the cuff and uncensored. Please check out both and give me your opinion.
Both Unit 206 and Unit 202 in Lofts at the Strand are under agreement with WeLoveLofts Buyers. These units are selling for between $70K and $75K and represent a sold investment in downtown Providence. At least one of the units will be available for rent in the coming month or so, so if you need a one bedroom loft in a great location, shoot me an email. I now a signed P&S for Units 201,202, 305, and raw units 101 and 203 in Mile Square Lofts. Once these units close, the building will be completely sold out! I believe that I've sold 15 and rented 1 several out of 19 units in that building. This is a true loft building and I will miss having this property in my inventory. Please call me when you are ready to start looking for a Loft or other type of home. It is a gift to be able to help clients find homes that they love.

December 31, 2010 marked the passing of artist and my sister, Jeanne Risica. She will be sorely missed by all that knew her.
