For anyone that cares, I have been trying to update my WeLoveLofts Blog Daily. I will use the posts as a basis for this weekly update, but the posts will be more off the cuff and uncensored. Please check out both and give me your opinion.
The P&S for the two raw units in Mile Square Lofts are now signed. To all the buyers that expressed interest, I thank you for your time and keep an eye on the site. There's always a deal that we're highlighting. I think I am submitting an offer for Unit 206 in Lofts at the Strand this afternoon. The asking price is $79,000 and as I've said, this is a great value for anyone looking for a home or Pied a Tier in downtown Providence. I recounted and found that I've now written 86 of these WeLoveLoft Weekly updates. I hope that info helps. Based on the number of people opening the email every week, this seems to be an interesting and valuable tool. The price for Unit 8 in Roepworks Lofts is being dropped to $235,000. 
The price for Unit 4 in Roepworks Lofts is being dropped to $245,000.

By the time that you read this, Unit 305 will be have a signed P&S in place. I had planned to move into this loft with my family, but was pursued by a buyer that was willing to pay $10K over asking price. This transaction speaks to the increasing value of lofts in today's market.
