To my Loyal Loft Loving Friends and Clients,
As requested last week, please search my name in Facebook and add yourself as a friend. I am about to sign a P&S for the two raw units in Mile Square Lofts. To all the buyers that expressed interest, I thank you for your time and keep an eye on the site. There's always a deal that we're highlighting. We also now have a signed P&S for Unit 202 at Lofts at the Strand. These units represent some great values. This unit will be for rent as soon as we close!! Speaking of interesting properties, I found another church property that can be converted to lofts or studios or a personal residence. See below for pictures and a link to my site for the full info.
I have been talking to a developer about "The Cube" opportunity. I have inserted a few pictures below that might help you visualize what the property could look like. We're talking about four to five lofts ranging in size from 2000 - 2500 SqFt, indoor parking, private gardens for each unit, huge windows, and a working frieght sized elevator. Super cool space.
