To my Loyal Loft Loving Friends and Clients,
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I want to thank my loyal clients and friends. Starting the WeLoveLofts website has given me both a job and an sense that I am making a positive difference in the world. I am blessed to help people find homes that they love and give thanks for the people in my life every day. I am happy to say that a Purchase and Sale agreement for Unit 408 in Blackstone Landing Lofts is being signed today and will be submitted for bank approval. We'll keep our fingers crossed on that one. This unit is also being listed as a rental, as it is being bought as an investment and the buyer has every intention of continuing to rent it. We have a new listing in Riverfront LOFTS in Pawtucket. Unit 616 has the largest Skylight in relationship to the footprint of the unit, that I have ever seen. We have a new listing in Pearl Street LOFTS. This unit is one of the least expensive options within walking distance of Downtown Providence (with parking) on my site. I will give more details below.
Unit 8 in The Ropeworks Lofts in New Bedford is being listed for rent for $1700 month. The seller has also dropped the "for sale" price to $235,000. Either way, this is a really beautiful unit with great light and space. Ropeworks is a visual artist's community, so tenants must, in some way, be involved with the arts.
