To my Loyal Loft Loving Friends and Clients,
Its been a busy week. We took offers on two properties on the East Side and are working on a lease for Unit 305 in Mile Square. We'll see which ones turn into real deals.
There was a huge fire in the building that housed Union Wadding Lofts last night. I've posted a link to the news report and a picture below.
I have a really interesting new lease opportunity in Providence. It is a huge space in Eagle Square for $2100 per month. I'll post pictures and complete details below.

Second mortgage is with Greentree Servicing, who holds second position with a 2nd mortgage of approximately $57,000. 4. There is also an outstanding lien on the property of $5722 with Chase Bank, from an outstanding credit card debt. 5. The attorney handling the short sale is Glenn Andreoni and the Short Sale Coordinator in that office is Donna Burbank. 6. There is an assessment for a loan that was spent on major repairs. The assessment payment ($32.66) is included in the condo fee of $166.33. The assessment could be paid in full by paying $1755.88. There are 63 payments remaining. 7. Real Estate Taxes are paid by the first mortgage holder and are up to date. 8. Condo fees and assessment payments are current.

Here are some pictures of the new rental Listing that I have at 64 Eagle Sq in Providence. This amazing space is for rent on the outskirts of Federal Hill. Rent is $2100.00 plus utilities. There is an upstairs 2000 SqFt, 4 bedrooms (one is a small loft), open kitchen, roof garden (1 story up), and the rent includes access to 500ft studio space on ground floor for music/gallery/events.

OK, so Unit 305 is still for sale. Since I want sell this beautiful Loft and move on to renovating another property, I am lowering the price to $205,000. At this price, I will still throw in the 25,000 BTU AC unit (installed), and provide a $2500 credit for appliances. Let's see if that shakes things up a bit.
