To my Loyal Loft Loving Friends and Clients,
The writer for SavoirFlair Magazine is coming in this Wednesday to work on the article about Providence area Lofts. The final list of buildings that we are going to visit includes:
- Lofts at the Strand
- The Ropeworks Building in New Bedford
- Mile Square Lofts
- 763 High Street in Central Falls
- M Residential
- Riverfront Lofts
I'm also trying to fit in a visit to 100 Fountain St and M Residential, we'll see.
Since I'll be there for this whole process, I am considering writing another article for a local magazine discussing the question, "Why a Loft?" I am attaching a very short survey to this email and ask that anyone that currently lives in a loft, or wants to live in a loft take one minute and give me some feedback. The questions include # in household, What do you love about lofts, and what do you miss because of living in a loft. Please take the time to log in a fill out the survey.
We have no been getting much interest on the beautiful condo that I have for sale and rent at 275 Angell, so I've added a rider to the sign to tell people what is going on inside. Does it make a difference?
I reduced the price of Unit 305 in Mile Square and offered to install and leave a 25,000BTU AC and credit $2500 towards appliances.I've also changed the pricing of Units 101 and 203 to reflect purchase as strictly raw space. Let's see if these changes makes a difference.
They are offering a drawing class for residents of Ropeworks Building in New Bedford on Monday nights. I've posted a picture of the class in session below. The price for Unit 8 will be coming down by $10,000 over the next day or so. Just two more reasons to live in this beautiful development.
Please take a minute to look at the actual web site. There are many updates this week, including several new properties in 100 Fountain St, 300 Pearl St, and 532 Kinsley. There are also many that have gone into pending or have been terminated. We are seeing the signs of activity that we have waited for months to see.

OK, so Unit 305 is still for sale. Since I want sell this beautiful Loft and move on to renovating another property, I am lowering the price to $205,000. At this price, I will still throw in the 25,000 BTU AC unit (installed), and provide a $2500 credit for appliances. Let's see if that shakes things up a bit.
