To my Loyal Loft Loving Friends and Clients,

Those damn people at Dwell Magazine.  I opened the October issue and was reading about a renovation done by the Editor, Lara Hedberg Deen, and her husband, and there it was...A huge slab of natural wood that they used as a working counter in their kitchen.  See the pictures below.

The writer for SavoirFlair Magazine is coming in next Wednesday to work on the article about Providence area Lofts.  So far I am bringing him into lofts in the following buildings:
  1. Mile Square Lofts (of course)
  2. M Residential
  3. 763 High Street in Central Falls
  4. Lofts at the Strand
  5. Riverfront Lofts
  6. The Ropeworks Building in New Bedford
If anyone has a suggestion for one or two more spots that we should stop, make sure to send me an email ASAP.

It is a gift to be able to help clients find homes that they love.

Rocktucket
I went to the final event of the Pawtucket Arts Festival, Rocktucket, on Saturday night.  It was a block party in downtown Pawtucket.  The residents from the Pawtucket/CF Loft district came out in droves.  It was good to see the resounding success of the PAF celebrated with (for the most part) local music and beer.

After spending a few minutes thinking that I was incognito, I was approached by many of the buyers that we have helped buy homes in Pawtucket and Central Falls.  It was a beautiful night and I'm already look forward to next year's Pawtucket Arts Festival!!

OK, so Unit 305 is still for sale.  Since I want sell this beautiful Loft and move on to renovating another property, I am lowering the price to $205,000.  At this price, I will still throw in the 25,000 BTU AC unit (installed), and provide a $2500 credit for appliances.  Let's see if that shakes things up a bit.
