CEO CORNER

The Importance of Meditation

On this journey of entrepreneurism, I often find myself in challenging situations. New projects stretch my current capacities and force me out of my comfort zone. In the beginning these tasks seem insurmountable. However, when I take the time each morning to sit quietly, focusing my energies and affirming the good in my life, flashes of insight, direction, and clarity are revealed.

This is how I conduct my business. For me, there is power in meditation. The mornings I mediate, my awareness is keen; my efforts are productive; and, I'm often surprised by my level of efficiency. My thoughts are clearer; my outlook is brighter; and, my spirit is filled with joy. Meditation is the secret to my success.
