CEO CORNER

Why a Nonprofit Coach?

As I mentioned in a previous issue, Grant Source now offers nonprofit coaching. You may wonder exactly what this means. It means helping to develop competent, social entrepreneurs who will tackle the societal challenges we will face over the next 20 years; it's helping groups build upon their strengths, and compensate for their weaknesses; it's helping them develop a well thought out plan.

The one-on-one and group planning sessions are designed to guide groups through the business development planning process. Grant Source will help you commit to paper, your mission and vision, and a roadmap for their achievement. You can focus on a single service, or Grant Source can assist you through the entire process. Some deliverables include:
  • Written program descriptions
  • Board of Directors Manual
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Bylaws
  • Policies and Procedures
  • IRS Form 1023 (501 c 3 Application)
  • Accounting/Financial Management Manual
  • Operations Manual
  • Budgets and Proformas (Financial Projections)
Having a passion, thinking of a plan, writing it down, and committing to its fulfillment is the recipe for success. Let Grant Source help you; let us help you "Bring Your Nonprofit Ideas To Life".

Chataun R. Denis, CEO
