Five Ways to Improve Your Fundraising Performance

One - Have a plan. Be organized. Set goals and objectives and evaluate your progress often. Modify your plan as needed.
Two - Identifty the strengths of your team members and use them to reach your goals.
Three - Organize around your mission. Identify people who are passionate about your work. Recruit volunteers who are not afraid to ask people for money.
Four - Develop an earned income strategy. Begin exchanging services and/or products for a fee. Balance free services with fees for services.
Five - Build your donor contacts and manage the information in a donor database. Communicate often. Share organization updates and success stories. Ask for donations.
