Kerry Peck, Managing Partner, was quoted in an article in the Health Beat section of the Chicago Tribune on January 20, 2010, which focused on the need for advance directives, like durable powers of attorney for health care and property, to ensure your loved one's end-of-life wishes are carried out. Kerry points out that while it is uncomfortable to talk about issues surrounding death, if you wait too long and fail to plan, your health may be left in someone else hands, someone you do not want to have that power.
