Quick Fish Bake
Serves 4
Ingredients: 1 pound flounder fillets (can be frozen but separated)
1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
2 or 3 teaspoons melted butter

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. To prepare the fish, lay the fillets out flat on the bottom of the baking dish.
Pour the undiluted soup over the fish, and spread evenly. Stir the breadcrumbs together with the butter to moisten, and sprinkle them over the fish.
 Bake, uncovered, for about  30 minutes, or until bubly and the fish is tender. 

Suggestion: Serve over white rice.
