Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Ingredients

2 Cups Cooked and

drained cut Corn

2 Cups Cooked and

drained Black

Beans

2 Jalapeno, well

diced (seeds -

optional)

4 Tomatoes, well
diced

½ cup Red Onion, well

diced

1 Cup Cilantro, finely

chopped

1 Juice of 1 lime

1 Garlic clove,

grated

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve with tortilla or pita chips
