I hope this eNewsletter keeps you informed about the upcoming Montana fishing season and more importantly gives you a break from your daily activities.

In our current economic situation I'm sure we can all use a few minutes a day dreaming of something better.  Maybe your Montana dream is rafting the Boulder River in July hitting pockets with a golden stone imitation.  Or maybe it's getting that perfect drift to that stealthy brown on Armstrong's Spring Creek.  How about the Yellowstone River during the Fall stripping streamers for those big trout lurking just off the bank?   Personally my mind wanders to relaxing after a great day of fishing under Montana's "Big Sky" and looking forward to what the next day in paradise might bring.

Please visit our website and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.  I'll be more than happy to help you turn these daydreams into you next Montana fly fishing vacation.

At Montana Fly Fishing Guides we have taken the hassle out of booking your private water rods on Armstrong, DePuy, Milesnick and Nelson Spring Creeks.
As many of you know these amazing creeks book full up to a year in advance.  However, because of our great relationship with these land owners we have procured these rods for you in advance.
We still have a few rods left so if you're interested don't wait too long or you'll have to wait until next year to fish these amazing waters.  To see what dates are still available you can visit our website and find the details here...
Spring Has Arrived!
Montana fly fishing as begun in earnest..
Well spring has arrived and we couldn't be more excited.  In fact we've been fishing for the past couple weeks.
Eric Adams just got back from a great trip with Captain's Ted Christie and Perry Coleman.  The weather was great and the Tarpon and Permit fishing was very good. Upon his return he found that the warm Florida weather had followed him back to Montana.  He hadn't been off the plane for more than 12 hours and fellow guide Eric Paramore convinced him to fish the Boulder River.  Midges were on the menu and the trout didn't hesitate to take our imitations.  Although going from 80lb shock tippet to 5X was a bit of a challenge for Adams.
This is one of the best times of year to fish, the water is clear and low and the fish are eager to feed after their winter slumber.  Read more...
