In this exploratory workshop, event planners will be able to evaluate and experience some of the latest tech tools in the events industry. From RFID to Augmented Reality to digital lighting, the world of event technology is in constant flux. Event professionals know how difficult it can be to determine which technologies have a place in our stable and which are just toys. This session will focus on how to work through the excitement and wow-factor of technology, from RFID devices to AudioVisual to QR Codes, to deliver value to a client or employer.
The session is presented by two females who believe in creating a no-fear zone where any question about technology is always okay to ask, all levels of experience are welcome!
