 Watch this amazing Video of Ice being carved, delivered & used during a fashion photo shoot. Art Dimartino, 83. A former NICA judge and friend passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 5, 2012. Ernie & Jared are carrying on Art's legacy providing ice cubes, blocks & carvings in Pennsylvania. We have an exciting new program to announce next week. We are starting a disaster relief stockpile to help carvers that lose their tools due to fire or theft. Watch for details next week.

There is no substitute for doing business by the golden rule. No amount of smiles, slick salesmanship, price reductions, or gimmicks will make your customers happier and bring more business your way than genuinely taking care of people as you would your own family. Everybody likes to have a 'guy' - a connection in a business they can trust to take care of them. For example, are you looking for a mechanic? "I got a guy in Canton who's amazing. Want his number?" In sales, if you seek to become everyone's 'guy' or 'gal' in your given area of business, you will do well.
