Scott Rella is looking for a sculptor with CNC experience for his business on Long Island, Ice Sculpture Designs.
Starting salary of $52K plus percentage of sales. Base salary will be no less than $70K guaranteed.
Opportunity to become a partner in the business available.
Need to move to Long Island. Close to the beach.
Only serious inquiries, need to show portfolio and resume. References needed.
Job requirement is to spearhead production, make sure everything gets sculpted and looks great.
ISD does 125 sculptures a week and 85% comes off the CNC machine.

Care-abouts- Find out what their top "care-abouts" are (dreams, goals, etc) and how you can help them get what they want. This can drastically increase your employee and customer satisfaction by providing you with vital information on how to motivate them, satisfy their wants, and earn their loyalty.
