Fellow Carvers,
Sarah (my wife) & I decided to install 7 sculptures in an old abandoned Ice house. Each of these sculptures had elements of Ice & Ceramics. Many of the pieces were designed to fail during the 5 hour show. Follow this link to see more photos & a short Video.

360 Business Booster Tip of the Week:
CREATING PROCESSES
Hello Icecarvers! I know that each of you are wicked good at your process for carving ice, and could likely do it with your eyes closed (not recommended), but are you wicked good at your processes for running your business? It's surprisingly important to the long-term growth of your business to take the time to write down and periodically streamline how you complete the repetitive daily tasks that keep your business running, whether it's marketing, production, or accounting. Here are a few reasons why:
- GROWTH- All new hires are trained the same way and can get up to speed much more quickly than if training is done "shooting from the hip".
- PROFIT- If you can make your business run even 5% more efficiently because you found and taught marginally better ways of completing regular tasks, that will add up to huge gains over time, just as it does in the stock market.
- ADAPTABILITY- The more practice you get at creating and refining processes to get things done, the more quickly you can streamline your business to take advantage of fresh ideas, changes in technology, and other tools to help you keep the winning edge and not get "stuck".
