Fellow Ice Carvers,

Last week I was at the Frankenmuth Snowfest in Michigan.  Charlie & I carved a few photo ops.  A muscle man & Mae West were carved so you could place your head on the sculpture & get your photo taken.  Additionally there were snow sculptures & the student nationals in ice carving.  Greg & I taught a class on how to prepare for an ice carving competition. Click here to see more photos of snow sculptures.

Have you ever wanted custom made covers for your chisels?  This guy does a great job & has a lot of experience making leather covers for chisels.  The down side is that the chisels have to be sent to him.  The covers usualy run about $25 a piece.
