You may not know that I have been a Cleveland Browns fan for years (I watch every game) & my favorite player this year is our Pro Bowler- Josh Cribbs.  So when Josh asked to film his weekly television show from our shop, of course we said yes.  We carved an ice football & his logo.  He also worked on an ice christmas tree & won the football toss competition we challenged him to (First place was a bottle of Patron).

These weekly emails are kind of like my book.  They are a way of passing on techniques & knowledge to others.  The great thing is that if a technique gets outdated, I can just remove that "Chapter" & replace it with new info.  That makes the "Knowledge Center" a free online book that chapters will be continually added to. 
 
This week we added- How to carve a face.  This isn't the only method (as a matter of  fact it is only 1 of the 3 methods I use).  see below for details

 NFL Pro Bowl player visits Elegant Ice Creations 

Josh Cribbs (Cleveland Browns) & I each carved an Ice football.  After signing them, we exchanged ice footballs.  He asked me to engrave 09 Pro Bowl on his (hopeful I guess).
