To assemble the stand:
1) Pull up the yellow ball.
2) Open the legs by holding the center bracket and push up like an umbrella.
3) Press the center tab to lock into place.
4) Pull out the non slip leg extensions.
To break down the stand:
1) Push in the non slip leg extensions.
2) Pull the center tab to unlock the legs.
3) Fold legs in.
4) Depress the yellow ball until it stays.
