| Royal Caribbean - The Nation of Why Not |
|
|
Canada New England (courtesy of RCCL)
Welcome to the Nation of Why Not, the world's first floating nation, founded on the principles of life, liberty and the pursuit of photo opps. And there are no photo opportunities as visually charming as the ones you'll find on the Canada and New England cruises. With three ships offering unique itineraries, there's never been a better reason to say bon voyage to everyday life on land.
One of the most historically interesting and visibly fascinating destinations on this journey is the Bay of Fundy. Folklore of the Mi'kmaq Tribe, the indigeno us people to the region, attributed the Bay's unusual high and low tide extremes to a mystical whale splashing out in the ocean. It is because of this rich, culturally captivating North American history that RCCL has developed a remarkable, online narration highlighting some of the most intriguing Bay of Fundy facts as well as the amazing amenities available on the ships.
Discover what the first explorers to North America found - an uncharted terrain filled with experiences unlike anywhere else on Earth. Experience the power of the Bay of Fundy and the charm of Saint John, New Brunswick through this Dynamic e-mercial which allows you to glimpse into these amazing itineraries.
Please click the link below to view the clip and better understand the exciting features and value offered on this sailing. You can then forward this e-mail to your friends so they too can see the Canada/New England itineraries for themselves. Royal Caribbean E-mercial |
| Cuba - The time is now! |

| Hola!
With President Obama relaxing restrictions on travel to Cuba for Cuban Americans, it only stands to reason that the opportunity to travel to Cuba for all Americans will soon follow.
If you've never been to Cuba or would like to go back again, now is the time. Once Cuba is open to the American market, the hotels will be booked to capacity for a long time! Our great deals will be gone!
Havana, the capital city of Cuba offers quintessential spanish colonial architecture and boasts oodles of cultural experiences.
By day, discover Old Havana, museums, markets, botanical gardens, cigar factories, rum tastings and Havana's beach, Playa de Este, only 15 kms from Old Havana.
By night, enjoy cabarets, Cuban shows or latin jazz!
Varadero beach, often called the world's greatest beach, has long been the pride of Cuba's Matanzas Province, and boasts a broad range of hotels and resorts to please any budget.
Varadero is part of a peninsula that stretches far out into the calm waters of the Atlantic. Its 21-km strip of fine white sand is an ideal vacation spot for sun-lovers, water babies and golfers. Its location ensures that it is constantly cooled by tropical breezes. The nearby cities of Cárdenas and Matanzas (the provincial capital) are known for their art, history and culture.

| How to maximize Frequent Flyer miles |
|
By Andrea Bennett Travel & Leisure
cartoon by Matt Collins
Over the past few years, airlines have been creating new ways for you to get award tickets, and with good reason: co-branded credit cards that allow you to accumulate miles are profitable for many carriers. Figuring out how to use all those miles, however, is another matter. Award seats are harder to come by because airlines are tightening their belts, and taking advantage of rewards programs has become more complicated. Arm yourself with the best information, and follow this advice:

Count me in!!!
Echoing successful runs by Celine Dion and Elton John, Santana is the first rock act to try a Las Vegas residency on for size. Beginning May 27, he'll perform 36 shows at The Joint, the expanded 4,200-seat venue that's part of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino's $750 million renovation.
