In last month's training feature we discussed how the Online Management Module can deliver grant accounting reports directly to investigators - in standard summary and detailed formats.  In this article, we discuss four versions of the initial summary report provided for each grant.

Time to Upgrade: Getting the Most from IT Works

In an effort to keep Department Manager, College Administrator, and Research Administrator software running at its peak performance, we suggest users upgrade every 3 - 4 months.  Many new features are added each month make your daily routine a little easier.

 

Some new features include:

  • Merger of Staff Ranks and Titles 
  • Transaction and Campus Date Load Options in the Accounting Module
  • Enhancements to Compliance reporting and tracking in the Grant Module  
  • Multiple New Report Formats

New upgrade instructions are available when you log into the Client page what will help upgrades run more smoothly. You may also contact our Implementation Support Team at 919-232-5332 Ext 223 from 8:30am - 5pm Eastern Monday-Friday for any assistance. Please keep in mind that all SQL Server clients have to schedule the upgrade with one of our technical specialists. 

 

The upgrades are included as part of your maintenance.  Please schedule your upgrade as soon as possible so you can utilize all the latest features in the software.
