Happy New Year!!!

2011 A

Another new year is here and with it new challenges and goals to accomplish.  We want to help you reach all of your grant administration goals through the tools offered by IT Works.

Again this year we will be traveling to various locations across the country to visit with our clients and hold educational training intensive and User Group sessions.  We hope to see you there!

Our training article this month is the first of a two part focus on the Compliance Tracking offered in the Grant Module.

Finally, we are continually working to improve our software and service.  As part of that effort, we need some input from you!  If you could please take a moment and answer a few brief questions about your installation found here, we would greatly appreciate it.

We hope that your 2011 has started off in spactullar fashion.  If not, please let us know what we can do to help make this year a good one for you!

Interested in Organizing your Compliance Tracking and Reporting?

Animal Research

Does your Research or Compliance Committee that offers research support across your university or hospital need a place to manage and track compliance activities?  IT Works offers a compliance function that allows any type of research at your university or hospital including "non-sponsored" research to be managed and tracked.

In the case of research grants involving humans (IRB), animal subjects (IACUC), or Bio-safety issues (IBC) additional involvement with the overseeing committees is required. The IT Works Grant Module provides a couple of ways for you to both track and report on your compliance status for all of your proposals, projects, & contracts.

Our January training article explains our compliance tab and compliance section where you can log information associated with the compliance approval process.

Schedule a Training Intensive

Session

User Group

IT Works is scheduling training intensives in the months of February and March.  These one on one sessions are designed to provide specific instruction to your grant administration team so your employees can utilize our software at new level.

Training intensives are an opportunity for individualized client specific training that can cover any areas of interest.

During our visit, we can also hold user group training sessions.  User groups are designed for clients desiring an update on new features, a quick training refresher or a chance to see how other users at their institution are utilizing our software.

User groups are typically held in a city or at a university that hosts multiple IT Works installations. Please call or email today to schedule a session.

Call today to schedule a session: 919-232-5332 x223 or email itwsupport@itworks-inc.com.
