 The long hot days of July are about to come to a close. For those of you that might still be in the process of closing out your fiscal year, keep in mind that IT Works offers many tools and services that can assist you with the process. This month we touch on our Electronic Billing solution to assist with invoicing for your recharge centers. For our Grant Module users that have multi-year projects that are coming to the end of a budget year, it might be time to update the budget amount information. Using the Other Years Grid to Track Funding for Multi-Year Projects
Multi-year projects are
often composed of different budget periods, one for each year of the project,
and thus provide a unique set of tracking issues. In some cases, information is needed by individual
budget period. In others, it is needed
for the entire project period. The Department
Manager and College Administrator Grant Modules are uniquely designed for this
