Greetings

University Building

As we await the joys of summer that are just around the corner, we know many of you are also preparing for the joys that come with the end of the fiscal year.  IT Works is prepared to help you with the numerous reconciliation and archiving tools available through Department Manager.  We also offer a host of Consulting Services which might aid your office at end of the period or through out the whole year.  Our training article this month discusses the new Historical Personnel Action Reports found in the Personnel Module.  Finally, some of our staff will be hitting the road again soon and heading out west for SRA's sectional meeting.  Please come say "Hello" if you are in Tuscon next month!

Making Use of the Historical Personnel Action Reports

Are you having problems determining average effort by employee and account when their effort changes during your reporting period?  Or, are you looking for a way to report on both current and historical salary data for a given time period?  Beginning next month, the Personnel Module will provide two new versions of the Historical Personnel Action Report that can be used to for effort reporting, even when the percent paid on individual salary sources are constantly changing.

To learn more about these reports and how they might be useful for you, click here.
