 Changing Account Numbers
Have you ever had the need to change an account number in your IT Works software?  This need may arise for various reasons Perhaps there has been a change in your General Ledger system or an account number was entered incorrectly from the inception.  Sometimes an account number is reused and the old data need to remain separate from the new account.  The situation is a common one.  In fact, it happens so frequently that there is a procedure built into the software to accommodate such situations.  Learn more.

IT Works provides users with several hundred reports that run with thousands of different options.  Unfortunately, that doesn't always mean that we will have the report that you require.  The goal at IT Works is to be able to provide you with the information that you need.  We frequently create custom reports for clients to meet their individual specifications.  In fact, many of the reports currently included in the software were written due to a specific request.  If you find yourself unsuccessful in your search for the perfect report, please let us know.  Our staff will be happy to work with you to get you exactly what you need.

2009 Conferences
