Did you know that the IT Works software systems contain nearly 700 different report formats?  That's a lot of reporting power.   The reality is that most users only use a few of these on a regular basis.  If that is the case for you then you may be getting tired of scrolling through hundreds of reports to find the specific ones you need to generate.  It may be that a more condensed list of reports would better fit your specific needs.  Well now you are in luck! In a recent release IT Works added a new feature that will allow our clients to create custom report lists by selecting only the reports they wish to appear in the dropdown tables. And best of all, this feature is available in all IT Works modules.  Want to learn more about creating your own "à la carte menu" of reports then please read more...
Sincerely,

Electronic Imports

One of the most popular features of our Accounting software is the electronic import.  For those who haven't heard of this feature, it electronically loads data from your institutions general ledger or payroll system into the budget and transaction data entry screens in the Accounting Module.  The result is the elimination of duplicate data entry.  This can be a huge time saver, especially in the areas of payroll and/or transactions that are just copied from your institution's monthly financial statement.  And, there are several reports that supplement this capability.  For example, the "Projection to Actual Comparison by Employee" report compares what you projected to pay an employee to how he or she was actually paid.  For more information on electronic imports contact our support staff today.

Congratulations

IT Works would like to congratulate  our clients at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for their NCAA Basketball Championship win.  The North Carolina Tarheels took the title over Michigan State with a final score of 89-72. This victory marked North Carolina's fifth national championship. And did you know?  The Tarheels not only turn out great basketball players but have graduates that produce renowned grant and financial management software-- our very own President and CEO of IT Works, Jim Wrenn.
