clothes. All living areas have 12 volt lighting and standard household

Life Jackets, 4 folding cloth beach chairs. Two Rubbermaid love seats
with storage under seats filled with life jackets on upper driving
area. Has two bulkhead mounted elec heaters- one in engine compartment
and one under front deck with digital thermostats. Both internal
marine air heat/cool units converted to heat/cool wall digital
thermostats with front unit vented into cuddy area. There are no roof
air units on this boat to create heat, noise, humidity water pooling or
unsightly humidity drain lines. 2x20 (40 gal) on board water storage
tanks with monitor gauge (full/empty)
Upgraded Generator
controls with start/stop and gauges at captain's console. Huge storage
under front deck. Deck repaired eliminating soft spots (rot) on
walkways- refinished. glassed and painted with railings remounted with
neoprene seals to resist water intrusion into deck. No carpet on deck.
New hardwood galley floor with lots of cabinet storage, pantry and
under floor storage. Front deck pre-wired with speakers and extra halogen puck lighting
under deck cover. Upper driving console equipped with Marine 2-way
radio and marine AM/FM, with speakers and prewiring to sundeck.
Upgraded standard electric receptacles- 3 on upper deck 3 on lower
deck- convenient for decorative rope, Christmas or other lighting. All
windows, except front console driving area have aluminum mini-blinds.
This is a
wide-body vessel with nearly 11' interior width and extra wide 18"
walkways- no side-stepping down these walkways on this boat. Arched
interior ceilings. Light gray heavy grade pile carpet in front foyer
and rear bedroom. Current owner did not paint, so you have your choice
of colors in your upgrade. Engine compression is the issue on this boat
needing repair/rebuild/replacement. Boat priced for
replacement.
