Learn to help elders, families
in conflict over care decisions

Do you work with elders and their families who are facing conflicts regarding ...

  • health care choices?
  • financial decisions?
  • living arrangements?

Are you concerned about how to have that difficult conversation with your own family over an aging relative's ability to manage his or her affairs?

Our upcoming Eldercare Mediation Training on September 5, 6, 7 and 8 is designed for mediators and other professionals who work with the elderly -- lawyers, guardians, psychologists, social workers, CPAs, trustees, nurses, hospice workers, geriatric care managers, and nursing home administrators. It is also appropriate for family members dealing with eldercare issues. The course will address family dynamics that impair communication, the aging process and its possible impact on mediation, legal and financial issues, and ways to accommodate cognitive impairment or other challenges. Note: You must attend all four days to receive your certificate.
