As the holidays near, please remember our clients -- and Gift Tree

If your service club or business is planning a holiday charity drive or giving program this year, please think of Our Family's clients, many of whom are struggling harder than ever to get by.

Adopt the name and wish list of a child or homeless teen off of our Holiday Gift Tree, or donate gift cards to help a homebound senior purchase food and necessities. Or hold a drive of diapers, basic hygiene supplies, or adult incontinence supplies, which our clients desperately need.

For information about the 2010 Holiday Gift Tree, please contact Janeen Delgado at 323-1708 x 105.

Charles R. Lacy Endowment honors former employee, helps youth

Our Family is honored to announce the establishment of the Charles R. Lacy Memorial Endowment for Homeless Teens, made possible by a generous bequest from a longtime friend of our agency. Dedicated to the memory of former employee Chuck Lacy, the fund will help give homeless youth the support, assistance and opportunities they need to become successful and independent adults.

Our Family serves more than 2,500 youth with nowhere else to turn each year through case management, shelter, and help with education, employment, parenting and skills for life.
