Our Monthly Raffle
Every month, our monthly raffle keeps our nonprofit organization running by earning money for the general fund. The raffle is fun and easy, and any and all raffle prizes are welcome! You could donate a product or service from your company, or it could be something else, like a plant, a bottle of wine, or a box of chocolates. We appreciate all of your contributions. They really make a huge difference to keep our organization going. Contact Audrey Gondoli to donate a raffle item for our next meeting.

Message from the President
I'm having a hard time grappling with the knowledge that January is already past us and we're barreling right into spring. It's been so warm these last few weeks that I can't help but want to do a little spring cleaning to make room for the changes and new beginnings that spring and summer always bring. Change is definitely in the air, and to follow that theme, our guest speaker this month, Carol Champagne, will be offering us insights into how to make those changes in our businesses, lives and finances that we desire. Along those same lines, we are also preparing to change the lives of some very deserving women as we gear up for our Inspiring Women Scholarship Fundraiser in April. Change is inevitable, so let's grab it by the horns and have some fun while we're at it. Here's a quote from Goethe for you to reflect on: "Whatever you can do, or dream, you can begin it -- boldness has genius, power and magic in it."Happy February! -Alicia Mutch

Next Meeting on February 17
Our next dinner meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 17 at the Fountaingrove Golf and Athletic Club in the clubhouse at the top of the hill. The address of the club is 1525 Fountaingrove Parkway in Santa Rosa. We will be networking from 6:30 to 7:00, and our dinner meeting begins at 7:00. All members and guests are welcome. Members who bring a guest receive $5 off the cost of their dinner. Our guest speaker for February is Carol Champagne, of Champagne & Associates, and she will be speaking about "The Nature of Change." Her company offers coaching, training, and small business consulting to identify and eliminate obstacles that prevent their clients from making the change they desire in all areas of their lives. Please bring your marketing materials with you to display at the marketing table and network, network, network. Our dinner meetings are a great way to shamelessly promote your business. You can also use the monthly raffle to promote yourself. Please bring a bottle of wine with you to share with your table. Wine is also available for purchase from the club. The price of the dinner meeting is $37.50 for members and $42.50 for guests. Members who bring a guest with them get a $5 discount on their dinners. Reservations are required by noon on Friday, February 13 so that Judith can tell the chef how many meals to prepare for us. We love early RSVPs!

The Webpage Challenge Results
The votes are in, and Irene Turner's website emerged victorious! We also have a big tie for second place (4 other websites), so in the spirit of marketing our businesses, all of the winners will have an opportunity to give 3-minute spotlights at either the February or the March dinner meetings. Here are all of the winning websites:
First Place: www.irene-turner.com
Second Place: www.asheehan.com www.camelliainn.com www.healdsburghealingarts.com www.shelford.com
I appreciate all of the members who humored me and sent in their votes to be tallied. You're all amazing women. Thank you.
