Anti-Suggestions
To The Rescue
Just when you needed help. Anti-Suggestions help you remove negatives and come to your rescue when tempted. They are true statements meant to inform and hit your Inner Mind with the truth so hard that it releases negatives and helps you resist temptations.
Anti-Suggestions are facts. Smoking fills my lungs with hot poisonous gases. The Inner Mind does not know the consequences of want it does or the facts are buried deep. Anti-Suggestions tell it the consequences. You as the person in charge need to bring them right into the focus of the Inner Mind. Smoking causes lung cancer. The element of fear is involved here. We work on the emotions positive and negative to make changes.
EXAMPLES Skipping my study period can lower my test grade. Stalling making a sales call can lower my sales. Eating a bag of chips packs on weight. Smoking burns my throat and lungs. Skipping workouts means it might take longer to reach your goals.
WHEN TO USE Notice the actual wording: "Doing or not doing something" produces some consequence. Make an Anti-Suggestion for your goal and make it part of your RAP. When you are tempted is great time. Or anytime anywhere. The more you say it the stronger it will be. You can also use your senses. Perhaps see and feel the hot poisonous gases as they enter your lungs.
EXERCISES Make up anti-suggestions for the main areas of your life. Gym workout, study period, work, eating, smoking, stress, anger whatever areas you need. Use them often. Please email me with your thoughts and questions getfastresults@sbcglobal.net
