Find Your
Inspiration


Sometimes reaching your goal or making a change can be a long road. Motivation is the fuel which keeps you going. To get a steady supply of fuel we start with making a list of why we want to achieve a goal or make a change. Let's do that now.

GETTING FUEL 
Get paper and pen. Write your goal at the top.
Say strong self hypnosis.
My shoulders, arms and hands are strong.
My chest and stomach are strong.
My back is strong.
My heart is strong. I am strong.
Why do I want to ........ (your goal or change)
Why do I want to ........
Why do I want to ........  

Start writing all the reasons you want this to happen. Take your time.

Now we want to go deeper and find inspiration from our Inner Mind. Inspiration is the one or two  deep reasons that really excite you. The kind that keep you charged up and moving. You should know when you found it by your excitement.
