A Day To Dream
Need motivation? Everybody could use some. We are starting a series on how to motivate ourselves to reach goals, make changes and have a better day. Today we will go thorough as many areas of your life you want to and daydream about what you would like to happen in that area. This will orient your mind towards making it happen.
A DayDream Exercise First do strong self hypnosis. My shoulders, arms and hands are strong. My chest and stomach are strong. My back is strong. My heart is strong. I am strong.
Next pick out an area such as 'weight'. Figure out what weight you want to weigh and see yourself there. Another one 'family' figure out what's need "Tommy gets well" and see it happening. Pick out as many areas you want. Also things like 'world peace' 'so and so gets elected'
