Get Answers While Sleeping
 
    
Let your Inner Mind sort things out while you sleep and give you answers when you wake up.

THE SLEEP METHOD
While laying in bed determine your questions. Can be personal, work, practical problem or whatever.

Then peace self hypnosis.
My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
My chest and stomach are at peace.
My back is at peace.
My heart is at peace. I am at peace.

Come up with a vision of sending it to your Inner Mind.
A. Imagine your Inner Mind as a garden and you are the gardener. Put your questions into seeds and bury them where they will quickly grow into flowers and provide the answers.
B. Write down your question on a slip of paper and give it to the clerk at the entrance to your Inner Mind.
C. Shout it out with a megaphone up to your Inner Mind.
D. Whatever you can imagine.

EXERCISE
Come up with your questions and use the Sleeping Method to get answers.

Self Hypnosis Instructions
Say the words and let a feeling of peace or strength come over you. Deep is not wanted or needed. Just a light opening of the Inner Mind. Takes time.
