What Answers Do You Want?
Everybody needs answers. This week we will discuss Automatic Writing as a valuable way to get answers. I use it often.
AUTOMATIC WRITING First determine your question. Here's are samples. Why do I eat so much? What's my next step? What can I do? I nibble at night because? I hate studying because? Why am I angry?
Start with strong self hypnosis. My shoulders, arms and hands are strong. My chest and stomach are strong. My back is strong. My heart is strong. I am strong.
Now start writing your question. Just write it down. Then write it again. Keep writing it down. If an insight or answer come up just write it down to the right and start writing the question again. Do this 8-10 times.
Here's a sample. I can't reduce my weight because I can't reduce my weight because ...I'm old I can't reduce my weight because I can't reduce my weight because I can't reduce my weight because ...stress about money I can't reduce my weight because ...I'm tired I can't reduce my weight because...Out of shape I can't reduce my weight because...Food is comfort
Now look at each of the reasons and say: "What can I do?" I'm old...realize I can do it but it might take longer. Stress about money...Do self hypnosis when it comes up I'm tired...check with doctor look for reasons Out of shape...exercise
