It's about you taking charge of the Inner Mind. When a person is a smoker the Inner Mind is out of control in that area. It sends you cravings for cigarettes and you smoke. The Conscious mind needs to take charge again. The Conscious mind might first use a Hypnotist to quit smoking and then you can take charge again. Apps are developed to address a problem (desire for donuts), to perform better (gym workout or exams), to go in a certain direction (stay focused at exam), to get insight and more. BlowOut It's important to not eat a ton and have a blowout. Eating large amount of food at once can really set you back. Listen to a tape, do self hypnosis, come in for a session, go to the gym, do yoga or talk with someone once you start thinking about this.
