How To Build
Apps! 


Many people use willpower to control their Inner Mind by brute force. When the "I want donuts" comes up they force their Inner Mind to shut up. They beat it down or they end up eating donuts. The Inner Mind is your partner and you need to learn how to treat it like one.

Today we are going to combine Willpower+Self Hypnosis+Apps to utilize the Inner Mind. Willpower is used to start the process and keep it going. Self Hypnosis brings your Inner Mind into awareness so changes can be made. The Apps get the outcome we want.

Using the above donut example. Willpower will start the process using self hypnosis and then use the App for removing the desire for donuts and stuff.

APPS
They are developed to address a problem (desire for donuts), to perform better (gym workout or exams), to go in a certain direction (stay focused at exam), to get insight and more. Most can be done anytime, anyplace and under 1 minute.

An App combines 3 areas:
1. Adding Positives (I can get an 'A')
2. Removing Negatives (Eating that bag of chips puts on weight)
3. Obtaining answers and insight (What's my next step?)

Make an App with these 2 steps:
1. Peace or strong self hypnosis
2. The App

First choose peace or strong self hypnosis. Peace self hypnosis relaxes you. This is great for desires for donuts, insight, visualizations and more. Strong self hypnosis energizes and gets you psyched up for your activity.

EXERCISE
Peace Self Hypnosis
My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
My chest and stomach are at peace.
My back is at peace.

Strong Self Hypnosis
My shoulders, arms and hands are strong.
My chest and stomach are strong.
My back is strong.

Say the words to yourself and feel the peace coming over you (peace) or feel the strength and energy filling your body (strong). It may take time. When things come up like desire for donuts or your gym workout or doubts or a break try them and see which one works the best.

Snacks

Snacks should be a part of your food plan. So figure out what snacks are good for you and keep a supply around. I mainly have three: cottage cheese, plain baked potato quarters and 2 small pieces of dark chocolate per day. Also determine when it is OK to eat them.
