Your Mental Operating System  
What kind of mental operating system do you use now? Most people would not be able to answer this question. Over their lifetime they have developed their own without spending much time thinking about it. An operating system and apps are vital to your computer and ipad. They are even more important to the internal workings of your mind resulting in more happiness or more pain and suffering. Which do you want?

a. All parts are partners. Each with a different role to play.
b. The conscious mind is in charge.
c. Awareness can be shared! It can be 95% Conscious and 5% Inner Mind or 25% Conscious and 75% Inner Mind. Whatever is needed or wanted.
d. The Conscious uses self hypnosis+willpower to give directions to the Inner Mind using apps.
e. Good experiences can be amplified. Bad experiences can be lessened.
f. Changes can be made. You can drop bad habits and start good ones. You can let go of anger. You can activate your creativity.
g. You can get peace or strength when needed.

The "Faster and Better with Self Hypnosis" below is a good example of an app. Next week we continue.

Snacks should be a part of your food plan. I mainly have three: cottage cheese, plain baked potato quarters and 2 small pieces of dark chocolate. Also determine when it is OK to eat.
