PEP Talk 
Here's where we put it together to create your special PEP talk. We will combine positive suggestions, statements and anti-suggestions to change your Inner Mind so it will help you achieve your goal and help you in all areas of your day. A PEP Talk consists of 3-5 lines combining positive suggestions, statements and anti-suggestions. Say them to yourself like a Rapper. When you wake up. Perhaps before you eat. Before you study. Or start work. You should have one for your goal and if you want for other areas of your life. I have just 1 for weight reduction. They need to be positive, personal, present tense. SAMPLES
Weight ReductionI lose weight. I love losing weight. Eating more means I gain weight. Eating less means I lose weight. I am under 200 lbs by my BD. Stress ReliefI turn stress into peace and strength. I love doing this. Keeping stress wears me out. I love peace and strength. Better GradesI get an 'A' in Math this term. I love getting an 'A' in Math. Skipping a study period can make it harder. Better grades mean a better job. Stop SmokingI am a nonsmoker. I love being a nonsmoker. Smoking burns my throat and lungs Smoking is gross. I love being free. EXERCISEWrite down a PEP Talk for your goal or change. Use it like your own coach. Say your PEP Talk outloud or to yourself. Say it Anywhere Anytime. The more you say it the sooner it will happen.
