   Anti
Suggestions 


So far we talked about Positive Suggestions and Statements. This Sunday we will talk about the power of Anti-Suggestions to stop you from giving in to temptations. And next week we will combine them into a PEP TALK for you.

Anti-Suggestions
True statements meant to inform and hit your inner mind so hard that it releases negatives or refrains from giving into a desire. Notice the wording. Doing or not doing something equals some consequences.

EXAMPLES
Smoking fills my lungs with poisons.
Stalling making a sales call lowers my sales.
Skipping my study period can lower my grade.
Yelling at my wife can cause a bad night.
Eating donuts packs on weight.

Use your senses. Perhaps see feel the hot poisonous gases filling my lungs as I smoke. See feel my belly getting bigger if I eat the donuts.

EXERCISE
Make up Anti-Suggestions for the main areas of your life. Work, School, Eating, Gym, Stress, Anger, Home, Goals etc. Use them when you are tempted.

Next week we are going to put positive suggestions, statements and anti-suggestions together into one PEP Talk.
